


Farming Records Online Store -
These terms & conditions apply to all contacts between the buyer (you) and Castlemaker Print (Farming Records). Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms & conditions.
Contract: When you place an order to purchase a product from Farming Records / Castlemaker Print, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when the products have been delivered to you.
Availability: We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the product you have ordered within 7 days of the date of your order. All orders for products are subject to availability and Farming Records reserve the right to refuse to supply an individual or company.
Prices and Payment Details: Prices of items are shown within the online store. For orders within the UK, a £1 delivery charge will be applied. For orders from out side of the UK, an additional charge will be made to cover additional postage costs. Payment can be made online by credit & debit card or Paypal payments. If you wish to pay by cheque, postal order or any other means, please contact us first at orders@farmingrecords.co.uk or by phone on 0800 915 4218.
Price Errors: Although we make every effort to ensure the prices on the website are correct, mistakes can be made. If we discover an error in a product price you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you or we receive no reply from you, we will cancel your order.
Delivery Charges: On all UK orders Postage & Packaging there is a one off charge of £1 per order.
All overseas orders (under £50) will be delivered by airmail, and an additional charge will be applied. For any overseas orders over £50 (GBP) in value, please contact us direct at orders@farmingrecords.co.uk or on +44 (0)1598 763200.
Despatch: Farming Records uses Royal Mail 2nd Class, Initial City Link and Royal Mail Airmail as the couriers. We aim to despatch most orders within two working days following receipt of payment. Where this is not possible, we shall advise you by email following receipt of your order.
If you have not received your product after 7 days (UK) or 14 days (overseas) please email us.
Cancellation Rights: If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us within 7 working days after the date of delivery. You must return the unwanted products to us unused and in their original packaging at your own risk and at your cost within 21 days of delivery. You must also provide a reason for the return, contact details and your order number. Provided you return the unwanted products in good condition, we will refund you the cost of the unwanted product and our delivery charges within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
In the event of submitting online payment for an item which is subsequently discovered to be unavailable/out of print, we will issue a full refund.

Severability: If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable to you: for any loss of profit, administration, inconvenience, disappointment or indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the products you ordered which was not within our reasonable contemplation as a probable result of a breach of contract on our part at the time that our contract with you was concluded. Where performance of any obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstances or caused beyond our reasonable control.

Farming Records / Castlemaker Print are committed to protecting your privacy. As it is important to us we have drawn up a privacy statement outlining our practices and procedures in relation to the collection and use of your personal information.
In summary we will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. You have our promise that any personal information which you supply is done so in the strictest of confidence and will not be disclosed in accordance with our internal security procedure.
Information gathered, including names, contact details and particulars used for advertisement and order processing, is strictly for our internal marketing and administrative records as well as helping us provide you with the best possible service.
Contact details including email, postal and telephone will not be given to any third party. We will not sell, share or rent your name, address details or any other personal information.
Aggregate statistical information provided by us to our advertisers or to others regarding sales or web site usage will not include personally identifying information.
Only personal information which is necessary for our internal records will be stored and this will not be kept any longer than is necessary.
We shall not knowingly collect any personal information from children aged under 12 unless it is accompanied by written consent i.e. a signature, from a parent or guardian. This is a general audience website, therefore it is strongly advised that children must ask a parent or guardian for permission before freely sending any personal information to anyone.
